Honan Insurance Group is a national and international broker that is looking for a motivated, talented and experienced Account Broker to join its rapidly expanding team based in Southbank.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing own portfolio of approximately $500K
• Developing & maintaining relationships with clientele
• Managing policy documentation Ensuring the retention of business through renewal processing
• Strengthening relationships with underwriters
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• 2 – 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in PI and/or PL is highly advantageous
• Attainment of Tier 1 & 2 Broking qualification
• Experience with Winbeat 4 is desirable
• Strong organisational skills is mandatory for success in role
• Attention to detail
• Proactive approach
• Self motivated

Maintaining a balanced work environment for all staff
To be considered for this role you will have;
Experience as a PA for a minimum of 5 years
Experience in staff supervision/management
An eagerness to develop professionally
A proactive approach
Operate with;
A very high level of organisational and management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Initiative
Ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Time management skills
Competent in Microsoft Office
Insurance industry experience would be desired
