When did you first start in the business?
I first started in 1984, helping Geoff write heavy motor business.
How did you grow the business from running a small office to running five offices internationally?
I had a vision from early on and I took calculated risks, backed my judgment, sought advice from people close to me in Australia and all around the world, and I surrounded myself with people who had diverse and exceptional skill sets.
What are your business values?
My business values are to tell the truth. It’s very important to tell clients the way it is, not what they want to hear. Also, everyone makes mistakes so it’s important ask for assistance.
What have you achieved for the company?
I have helped grow a small company into a major national and international broking company which is respected by insurers, our peers and recognised in the global insurance market and we’re continually growing and I think that’s great.
