Our Community

Honan Insurance Group does more than just provide insurance solutions for individuals and business, but we also provide support for a number of charities and community projects.

- Doxa Youth Foundation

Since 2008, we have been involved with the Doxa Youth Foundation’s Cadetship Program which gives disadvantaged Victorian youths the opportunity to attend university and build the necessary skills to succeed in the professional world.

Through Doxa Youth Foundation’s Cadetship, Honan Insurance Group provided cadets with the opportunity to work hands on in a business environment where they learn real world skills and knowledge which holds them in good stead for their career in the business world.

- Oxfam Trailwalker
Honan Insurance Group is a proud sponsor of the Sub-20 Wombats in the Oxfam Trailwalker which is a 48 hour, 100 kilometre walk through Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges.

For the second consecutive year, our own staff member, Danni Price, will be taking part in the gruelling walk through Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges to raise much needed funds to help overcome poverty and suffering throughout the world.

 - Pink Ribbon Morning Tea
One in every nine Australian women will be diagnosed with breast cancer by the age of 85.

To help the Cancer Council raise awareness about breast cancer, as well as raise funds towards research, education and patient support programs Honan Insurance Group supports the cause by raising funds through the Cancer Council Pink Morning Tea initiative.

Over the last few years we have raised nearly $500 for the cause.
