Honan Insurance Group makes it easy for you to pay your insurance premium by offering you several payment methods.

You can now pay your insurance premium via internet, telephone, cash, cheque or credit card* (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club cards) as detailed below.

   
   
  • Pay your insurance premium on-line by credit card via DEFT Payment Systems by visiting www.deft.com.au and following the on-line instructions.

 
 
  • Pay your insurance premium on line via BPAYfrom your personal on-line savings or cheque account. You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference  number which can be found on the front of your invoice.

   
   
   
  • Pay your insurance premium over the phone by credit card via DEFT Payment Systems by visiting calling 1300 78 11 45
    Calls will be charged at the cost of a local call (mobiles extra).

 
 
  • DEFT phone payments accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.

   
   
   
  • Pay your insurance premium in person at any post office by cash, cheque, or EFTPOS.

 
 
  • If you pay by cheque, please make any cheques payable to 'DEFT Payment Systems for Honan' and attach the tearaway payment slip on your invoice.

   
   
   
  • Pay your insurance premium by sending a cheque made payable to 'DEFT Payment Systems for Honan' and the tearaway payment slip from your invoice to

  • Please note that receipts will not be issued for payments received by mail.

   
   
 
  • By using our premium funding service you can elect for one of Honan Insurance Group's selected premium funding companies to fund your insurance premium and arrange its payment by the due date on your behalf.

    You then repay the Premium Funding Company over an agreed period, in equal monthly instalments, by way of a direct debit, credit card or BPAY.

 
 
  • Premium Funding is a cost effective way to spread your insurance premium expense by utilising a pay by the month option, allowing you to retain working capital in your business.
